Payment is due by the start date of each invoice period.

August/Sept: 4 weeks (24th August-20th Sept)
Sept/Oct: 4 weeks (21st Sept-18th Oct CLOSED for half term 19th-15th Oct)

Oct/Nov: 4 weeks (26th Oct-22nd Nov)

Nov/Dec: 4 weeks (23rd Nov-20th Dec)

Jan: 4 Weeks (4th-31st Jan)

Feb: 3 Weeks (1st- 28th Feb CLOSED for half term 15th-21st Feb)  

March: 4 weeks (1st March-4th April CLOSED for Easter 22nd-28th March)

April: 4 weeks (5th April-2nd May)

May: 4 weeks (3rd May-30th May)

June/July: 5 weeks (7th June-11th July CLOSED Half term 31st May-6th) 

July: CLOSED 11th July-15th August 

RE-OPEN Monday 16th August

Please note:

 

Any fees not paid by the above invoice dates will be subject to a £5 late fee per week that the fees are late. 
 

EPA closes for holidays through the year.  If a class is cancelled, we will do our upmost reschedule it for another date within the payment period - in this instance no refunds will be given.  A minimum of one months written notice is required when picking up or dropping any classes & if you wish to withdraw from the Academy. Full payment within this period is required.

 

Etoile Performance Academy reserves the right to change any prices and closure dates.  Class admission may be refused if there are outstanding fees.
