Payment is due by the 1st of every month.

City Centre Location:

- September: 4 weeks (1st-28th Sept)
- October: 4 weeks (29th Sept - 26th Oct) Closed for half term 27th Oct-2nd Nov.
- November: 4 weeks (3rd-30th Nov)

- December: 3 weeks (1st-21st Dec) Closed for Winter 22nd Dec - 5th Jan.

- January: 4 weeks (5th Jan - 1st Feb)

- February: 3 weeks (2nd Feb - 2nd March) Closed 16th-22nd Feb for half term.

- March: 4 weeks (2nd March - 29th March) Closed for Easter 30th March-5th April.

- April: 4 weeks (6th April-3rd May) 

- May: 4 weeks (4th May - 31st May)

- June: 4 weeks (1st June - 28th June) 
- July: 2 weeks (29th June - 12th July)

CLOSED FROM 13th July FOR SUMMER BREAK DATES TBC

Please note:

 

Any fees not paid by the above invoice dates will be subject to a £5 late fee per week that the fees are late. 
 

EPA closes for holidays through the year.  If a class is cancelled, we will reschedule it for another date within the payment period - in this instance no refunds will be given.  A minimum of one months written notice is required when picking up or dropping any classes & if you wish to withdraw from the Academy. Full payment within this period is required.

 

Etoile Performance Academy reserves the right to change any prices and closure dates.  Class admission may be refused if there are outstanding fees.
